Story:

The white and red Begumpuri has the most beautiful old world naksha on its borders. It reminds me of sarees my grandmothers wore. I have named this one after my father’s mother – Pratima. She wore white sarees all her life. Even when she was young.

Floral old school naksha and hand block printed lepakshi motif on the body in black and red. The traditional begumpuri weave on the pallu.
