STORY:
One of the most beautiful floors I have come across in recent times was at Wunderhaus in Auroville. I had visited them in April 22 and spent hours there. While every corner was beautiful, the floors took my breath away. Kedar (who ran an amazing clothing studio from this property) was generous enough to let me sit there all my myself. In the company of his cats, Nila and Maya.
The place did magic. And the tiles became a theme for a dream. My #beneathmyfeet from this beautiful space became a design for our upcoming collection.
We did their tile pattern in hand embroidery on Handwoven grey jamdani. The small white flower patterns looked like Parijat to me.
